Quilt labels... how do you do yours?

I confess… I am the world’s worst when it comes to putting labels on my quilts, but I am trying to get better about it!

I have two embroidery machines, so I might as well embroider them right?  They’re actually a lot of fun to make!  This one went on the back of the crazy log cabin quilt… which go renamed “Funky Town” because while I was quilting it, that song played on my iPod and got stuck in my head!

I probably need way more information on them, but at least some of them are getting labels right?
