“The chief beauty about time is that you cannot waste it in advance. The next year, the next day, the next hour are lying ready for you, as perfect, as unspoiled, as if you had never wasted or misapplied a single moment in all your life. You can turn over a new leaf every hour if you choose.” - Arnold Bennett

Couldnt have planned it better if I tried!

I had my appointment with the foot doctor this morning.  Remember a couple of weeks ago when I said I felt something snap on the bottom of my foot, the pain was nasty and then a few days later I had a bulging muscle on the side of my foot?

I did indeed tear the plantar fascia muscle free from my heel.  But, I managed to do it just right!  The doc said that I tore it exactly in the right spot, mimicking the surgery that was looming up on me.  Apparantly they cut the muscle where mine tore.  So now I just have to be careful while it’s healing, continue my excercises, and wear good shoes, and I should be fine!  LOL

I’ve been dragging my feet on finishing up the blue/brown quilt on my longarm, although I am nearly done with it.  Motivation arrived today in the form of a customer dropping off a baby quilt for me to do, so I guess now I have to finish the quilt eh?

My quilt group meets for dinner and then our meeting afterwards, which I always look forward to.  I’ll take my camera!
