Monday, January 30, 2012 at 5:04PM When you have fresh eggs at your disposal, it would just be a crime not to indulge in fresh pasta on a regular basis, don’t you think?
I was going to make crab fettucini tonight, but decided something lighter sounded better. I think I’ll just toast some walnuts, roast some garlic, throw in a bit of pecorino parmesan and call it bliss, homeade sourdough bread with artichoke bruschetta, and some grilled brocolli on the side.
Life can be supremely awesome at the most unexpected moments!
