Talk about indecision!

I repaired the quilt… there is now a green patch in place of the white one… no way could I let that slide!  Thank you Ceil so much for catching my piecing mistake!

Then I changed my mind on the panto, I liked the frogs, but I’m doing “Blooming Things” by Anne Bright instead.  So I guess that makes it a girl quilt!

I’m using King Tut variegated thread on this, which is such a treat for me because unless it’s one of my own quilts, my customers rarely want to spend the extra on the thread, so I don’t get to use it much.  It’s my favorite too!  I can’t say that I blame them, the cost of everything is getting so high.

The ham turned out fabulously! Although Jim got lazy on me and decided he didn’t want to clean the meat slicer, so we just chunked it up into meal size portions, and I’ll vacuum seal some packages for the freezer, for quick meals.  I love smoked ham!  I use apple wood with it, it’s really sublime!
