Happy Valentines Day!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day with their sweeties!  Mine is out of town again, darn it.  But that means I get more done, as a consolation!

Yvette sent me this gorgeous quilt with hand stitcheries on it that is absolutely charming!

 I used Quilter’s Dream cotton, select weight, for the batting, and Superior Threads So Fine in a pale baby yellow for the thread.  The panto design is called “Bloomin’ Stars” by Beany Girl Designs.

  

I wish I had the patience to do hand embroidery like that!  It is absolutely beautiful up close!

New Pantographs

You may have noticed that my logo at the top of the page has changed.  I won’t promise that it won’t evolve more… I haven’t been sleeping again, and I have been too tired to quilt, so I had to do something to pass the time!
