Purple everywhere!

I spent two hours this morning picking blackberries, which left my hands a lovely shade of purple! Then I spent the rest of the day making jam, I think my counters are purple now too. My apron is purple. Clorox here I come!
I only got through twenty four jars of jam before I ran out of time… tonight is my quilting group and there’s no way I’m missing it!
So there on my counter still sits four large trays of berries, and one heaping colander full of them. Tomorrow, I will think of something else to make, I sure don’t need any more jam!
The quilt group is meeting for dinner at a Mexican restaurant first, yum! I’m always game for Mexican food! I’ll be taking my two toddler/baby quilts along for show and tell, and then they get wrapped up and sent to work with Jim as gifts for co-workers.
On Tuesday I’ll be running up to Springfield Missouri and taking my Bernina 830 in for servicing. I was holding off until my Tutto luggage arrived for it, it’s been on back order forever! I guess I’m going to have to strap it in with the seat belt again, ugh.
