Love that ruffler foot!
Friday, October 9, 2009 at 11:33AM
I’ve finally gotten started on remodeling the RV. When I last did it several years ago, I went with a country cottage theme in Waverly fabrics, red, yellow and cream. I’m so done with that look!
This time, I will be sticking with classic black, tan, and cream.
There are three small windows in the bedroom, and I’ve begun in there because it will be the quickest and I’ll feel like I’m making headway!
I’m using upholstery weight fabrics, and my Bernina 830 is such a joy to work with on these. I used the fabulous ruffler foot to gather the top of the beige panels. The #10D and the Bernina dual feed made sewing the black faux suede a piece of cake!
I will post a picture of the bedroom when all three curtains are finished and hanging.
