Mmmm... yum!

I baked the Apple Sharlotka… fabulous!

Mine doesn’t look as pretty as the one on the recipe site, but it is delicious! The only thing I modified was to use 2 teaspoons of vanilla instead of one.

So easy to make!  NOT so easy to get out of the pan!
