Design wall Monday

More fun today!  Well yesterday actually, today I won’t have time to play anymore with this.  I have the decorative stitching and quilting nearly done.  I’m going to make a project tote bag out of this one.   This will be the front piece.

Today I have my first online “Glacier Star” class, I can’t wait!

Head over to Judy’s to see what everyone else is up to this Design wall Monday!

Wow, your stitching is beautiful. Anyone would love carrying a bag that looks like that.

Really nice work! Do you use your presser foot for spacing or are you just that good eyeballing?

An online Glacier Star class? Wow, that will be a challenge. I still haven't finished mine, but plan on taking the outer flying geese on Quilt Retreat this weekend. Perhaps a finish will be in the near future! Enjoy the class, I really learned a lot!

looks like a bali pop might be in my future. I received my machine back today from repair and this would be a great piece to check out all the decorative stitches.

Beautiful work CJ as always!

That's pretty cool CJ and a great way to use the strips. How is the class? I love the compasses and stuff, am working on the "Monkey Overboard" that is in the EQ6. Resized it for a wall hanging. Working with no pattern has taught me things...
Like- buy a pattern!

Which online shop is doing the Glacier Star classes? I looked at doing it through Seawatch Fabrics but their classes were geared towards someone buying the fabric kit from them. I ordered a kit from another shop so didn't need/want a second kit. A lady friend and I plan to tackle it on our own. We've both done other Judy Niemeyer patterns. I'll be anxious to hear more about your experience.
