One last border!

All I have left to do on the Sweet Menagerie Nine Patch is the final white border, and the top will be done!  That will probably happen tomorrow, I’m ready for a coffee break and then I have some fabric to cut for a customer, and then I really need to clean my house!

I haven’t decided how I’m going to quilt this one yet… any thoughts on thread?  I’m leaning towards a pale green at the moment.

Now, if a maid would just magically appear… I could finish this today!

Embroidery Online is running a sale today on retired embroidery collections at a killer price.  I’ve had my eye on these two collections for sometime… why I don’t know, it’s not like there’s kids in my life but I just love them!

Maybe I’ll do some more donation quilts for kids with them… I especially love Newton!

I really like that 9 patch! I looked up the one done in the new Hushabye line and I am going to have to do it for my granddaughter. The fabric is not available til August though.
Thanks for the heads up on the embroidery sale. I always like to pick up a few when they have those great prices!

I find it amazing how certain quilt patterns just draw me in for a closer look. This one certainly falls into that category. I really, really like it.
When I got the email about the big sale, I just deleted it because I am like a drug addict when it comes to designs. If I did 2 or 3 designs a day, I doubt that I would use all the ones that I currently own. But of course, another temptation will arrive in my inbox tomorrow.

Love the simplicity of this quilt. The border works well with it.

Honestly, CJ...how bad can your house be......quilting should always come first, foremost and in place of everything else (except the DH, of course.)

I've got a .pdf of a darling kids quilt made with those Elepinks designs, they are adorable. I plan to make it for a nephew and his wife whenever they have a baby. His wife is CRAZY about elephants!
