Hot off the frame

This was a big one!  It’s a king size, isn’t it a beauty?

Quilters Dream cotton batting, select weight, and I used So Fine thread.  The pantograph design is “Fantasia by Hermione Agee”.

I haven’t worked on the embroidery purse anymore, I can’t get in the mood.  I’d like to finish that crazy log cabin quilt I started a month or two ago, but can’t get in the mood for it either.  I have too many projects I want to make in the back of my mind again… and it’s very distracting!

Pretty!!!

I know how ya feel about the "distracting" part! I started nursing school 2 weeks ago and haven't had time to do anything but keep my nose in a book!! All the while, I have 50 "projects" that I want to either complete or do running through the back of my mind!!

The quilt turned out so pretty! You do such nice pantograph work. The lines look so smooth. Sometimes when my mind is on overload, I just spend 30 minutes doing something to do with quilting or sewing. Maybe just a little craft project like a pincushion or machine embroidery, and I'm back on track.

Love that quilt. I like how she used the wide border to make the quilt so large. I assume if put on a bed, the star would be in the middle.

I still haven't been in the sewing room. It's been over a month. Too sad.
