Many thanks!

Jim and I appreciate the well wishes, thoughts and prayers sent our way.  You have our gratitude for your kindness!

We made the decision to send Jim to his mom’s alone, as they only way I can leave is to have my parents come take care of the animals, but they could only do so for a couple of days, and I wanted Jim to have as much time with his mom and siblings as possible.

I have a king size quilt on my longarm, so I’m staying busy with it today.  If you never hear from me again… well we have bees arriving tomorrow, and since Jim isn’t here to hive them, (that’s ALWAYS been his job)… I have to do it.  I can’t say I’m looking forward to it!

Ewww, bees. They're one of my panic buttons! I've been known to run up and down the street, waving my arms, with a bee after me. I'm totally irrational, but I am getting better. I think.

Continuing to send prayers, especially for Jim as he is with his family,
Chris

Continue to send prayers and hugs your way. Bees are fine--at a significant distance from me. Like NOT coming up to a stop sign on my motorcycle to discover that next to me, at the same sign, is a flat bed truck loaded with hives/bees. Needless to say, it was a "slow and go" for me!!

You do have your hands full. But I know you, if animals (or insects) are involved, you will do great and end up enjoying it.

I think you made a good decision letting Jim have as much time with his family as he needs.

Be careful out there.

So sorry to hear about your loss. I hope that Jim's time with his family provides comfort for all.

Take care with the bees. You are a brave one!

Oh my goodness, the bee thing would scare me silly!!!! Good Luck! Stay safe!

I hope that the time Jim can spend with his family will bring him and them much comfort and peace.

It is good that Jim can spend the time he needs with his family. My husband would love to be there to help you with the bees as his family used to raise them & sell honey to Sue Bee. Myself...I am terrified of bees! I am piecing a runner for the end of my bed...it is 2 blocks wide but then the full width (and sides) of the king size bed. Now to find someone to quilt it for me unless I get brave! It has to be custom as it has embroidered blocks.
