New pantographs added
Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 5:41AM I’ve added two new pantographs to my collection:
“Animal Crackers” by Patricia Ritter:
And “Square Spirals” by Keryn Emmerson:
My collection of pantographs is always growing and I try and carry a bit of everything so a perfect design can be stitched out on your quilt!
Speaking of quilts, I have all the center blocks finished on the wacky log cabin, the inner black border, and have the first side of the pieced border finished.
As much fun as I’m having with this one, I’m ready to move on. I’m going through all my scraps, trying to find enough that play well together for a scrap quilt my quilt group is working on. I’d planned to make the quilt in coordinated fabrics, but I got a “lecture” on stepping outside of my box (ahem… anyone notice this particular log cabin being waaaaayyyyyy outside my box? LOL) and I figured, what the heck! I need to use up some scraps anyway!

You make me want to make a baby quilt so you could use that Animal Crackers pantograph. Just too cute!!
I really love your border on your quilt, it really makes it pop.
Pardon my computer ignorance, but when I click on the X for the photo, I get a blank. I am wondering how to see your photos.........

Love the colors. It is a step "out", isn't it?
I absolutely LOVE it!! That quilt is just gorgeous!! :-)
Nice pantographs. I really like Animal cracker, it has nice color shade and animals are creative;y drawn.
I had my doubts about that quilt when I first saw it. Now that those small squares have been moved to the inside I just love it, Really makes it pop, as in a focal point. Great job.
Me and my son loved the animal crackers, Thanks for sharing he identified them all. Giraffe, elephant and lion? are we correct, I hope so^^.
