A life changer!

A couple of weeks ago, I bought an inversion table, hoping to eliminate my monthly chiropractor visits… which help, but not a lot.

The first time I used it, I didn’t watch the video first, and made myself incredibly sick.  It took me two days to recover!

I get motion sickness very easily, so I invert slowly now… and come back up even more slowly!  Twice a day, just long enough to invert, twist around from side to side, wiggle my hips, and come back up.  Maybe two minutes?

My back feels like it did when I was twenty.  It’s amazing!  No more pain at ALL… and I can even sleep on my stomach again, something I’ve not been able to do in years.

I have (had?) a pinched nerve in my lower back, and a slightly twisted spine, from an auto wreck I had about 12 years ago. Chiropractor visits helped, but this is truly miraculous.  Now if I could just find something to fix my foot, and maybe something to dye my hair with, I’d truly be twenty again!  Hahaha!

I didn’t want to post about it before I’d used it for a bit, but after a couple of weeks, I can say in all honesty this may be the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

Hey CJ!!

I am so glad you posted about this!!! I have been having terrible back problems the last few months, and just generally feeling like crap (hence me not touching my blog in months now).

I have been thinking of buying one of these because I dread ever going to another chiropractor! I think going to the chiropractor messed me up even more in the long run, they are great for a short term fix, but later on..... well you know where I could go with this since you have back problems also.

Interesting! You mean you only have to stay on it a few minutes each day? I wonder what makes it work?

My husband has had a chair like this for several years. He has a fused ankle so it is a chair and it lays him upside down. I remember when he first got used to it the instructions said to take it slowly and only a few minutes at a time. He swears by it and uses it on a daily basis. It's amazing.

Does this kill your ankles?
