Jim and I met more of our nearby neighbors yesterday, a couple we liked very much, and spent a couple of hours visiting with them. They were very fortunate in that all their family lived in the area, and every other Sunday the family gets together for Sunday dinners. How wonderful is that?
My family is scattered all over the place, and Jim’s is as well. But we’re still very lucky, we both have terrific families and terrific moms!
Yesterday was so gorgeous here in the Ozarks, windy, sunny and cool at only 70 degrees. Jim and I took a leisurely stroll at the lake, went out for lunch and came back home. If I can find Jim’s camera, I’ll post the pictures of the baby geese we stopped to watch for a bit… so cute!
