Like it any better?

I really dislike the old logo, and the colors, but it seems everyone prefers a more “Spring” type look. How does this look, with the new logo, in these “springier” colors?

Your feedback is always appreciated, please continue to contribute! The blog and information here is for my readers, so if you don’t enjoy my site, you will not return obviously!

I will continue playing, it’s rather fun!

I like it! Of course I'm a little biased because you used my favorite colors!

I like this design even better than the old one. The graphics are yours alone. Great job.
Can't wait to see what you have in store for us next.
Have fun.

CJ - I do like the new look of your blog. The colors are wonderful, but...I think the phrase 'Longarm quilting and more' is a little misleading. If I wasn't familiar with your blog, and I saw that about longarming, I might just not even stick around to read it. I mean, I don't have a longarm, have no desire to get one, and quilt all my own quilts on my Bernina 730 (even large quilts). And 99% of what is on the internet about longarming is of no interest to me. But, there is a lot on your blog that I enjoy reading because most of it isn't about longarming. So, anyhow, that is my take on it. (Also, on my monitor, the boxes around the parts of the comment section are very pale, almost invisible.) claudia

Ah, much more soothing than the stripes. Some blogs are SO BUSY with graphics that it takes away from the posts.

I was also reading in a book I have called "Blogging for Bliss" that simplier is more appealing to most.

Ah, too bad, CJ, I'm a "reader" that just keeps coming back no matter what...LOL Go ahead, JUST TRY to get rid of me. ROFLOL

Okay, I'm off to town.

But, as she said in the movie "I'll be back".

I like it.
I liked the bold black/red/white colors too, but the stripes did a number on my vision. :) If you like the bolder colors use them, but maybe make larger stripes or something.
When we moved into our first home the owners loved stripes and checks. The little tiny bathroom off of the master bedroom had tiny green check wallpaper and a whole wall mirror. Everytime I had to look in the mirror I went cross eyed with all those tiny checks.

I hope you like the new look, since you have to work with it.

I like this much better, the black and white striped background before made my eyes cross lol.

As Claudia mentioned, the box outline for comments is barely visible, I forget if squarespace has options for this or not, but maybe outline the boxes with the green or the dark gray color? or even the stripy outline like around your inner background (the green and white).

I love it! I think the quilt ornaments also add to the design. Great job!

i think the colors are MUCH better- i'm not wanting to poke my eyes out now {wink}... the boxes are easily visible for me... messing with your blog can be such a pain, huh? especially when you have to listen to the peanut gallery... hehe!

Hey CJ! Love the new format. Looks really Springy! I am not a computer geek - so please share what this is. Is it a web site, blog, or what. And how can I get to it without clicking on the links on FB. I've saved your e-mail because I didn't know how to find this site again without that blue line in you e-mail.
Please share,
Carol Ann, Quilter/non-Computer Geek
