I’m afraid I’ve got nothing new going on. I completed one more corner section of the lone star, and hope to finish the final section this week, before class on Thursday.
I’m two blocks behind on the Pinwheel Party now! When I get this lone star finished, I plan to go back and catch up, especially since both are nearly done.
Hubby’s going to be out of town for the better part of the next couple of weeks, so I hope to get plenty of sewing done!
Wednesday evening, I’m finally going to meet two other Arkansas bloggers for dinner, both quilters of course, how fun is that!

LOL - I think that is pretty neat - what time are we meeting? I haven't gotten done with a speck of quilting for a week - ok maybe a tiny bit but not much - back to it tomorrow.

I don't know, CJ. I really like that lone star quilt. I think my big attraction is the use of a print in the corner blocks. Most that I have seen have solids there. I may have to copy it.
I emailed you guys. Just let me know.
Karen may not have quilted for a week, but she will quickly catch up and pass us up. lol
CJ-----I sure hope this comment finds you okay----heard the news about the tornadoes in OKC area and that they went straight west----I hope it was far enough south of you that all was well---
I live in a state starting with "A", does that qualify me to come to dinner too? AND - I'm a blogger (however be it that I haven't blogged much lately).
Oh, wait a minute, you said you're all quilters, guess that leaves me out. Darn.....
the lone star looks good. I'll bet you'll get tons gone w/hubby away! I always do.--I love a bowl of cereal for dinner!
I looked at the picture of your quilt and thought there was a counter in the way. Then I realized it was missing a corner! :-) It continued to be so beautiful!
I just realized Dan will be gone most of June, so I need to get projects set up so I can go into production mode. Hopefully they will get done and keep me from being lonesome.
Your Lone Star is looking great! 8-)
