Check book cover

I ran across a website new to me yesterday that has some adorable in the hoop projects.  I purchased a couple, one being her darling checkbook covers!

This one is just a test stitchout, I had some pre-washed and starched Osnaburg left over from another project that was just enough to make one.

These are beautifully done!  You (optional, but recommended) fuse interfacing to the cover, as well as (I used Steam-a-Seam 2) Wonder Under to the pockets, so it’s nice and stable without being overly stiff.

In this one I replaced the digitized rik-rak with a flower motif, but Carolyn’s digitized rik-rak is awesome!  This did require me to use my Jumbo Hoop as the design is too large for the large oval hoop… well heck I didn’t think to try the Mega Hoop, it might have fit.

I have three checkbooks, so I’m going to make some more, too fun!

As I said earlier this week..."While Jim's away"....LOL

I have purchased from here before, CJ. In-the-hoop things are so fast, fun and easy.

Do you remember the CD ornaments I made this past Christmas, they were totally in-the-hoop.

Okay, I see the checkbook.....as the movie says...SHOW ME THE MONEY....LOL

I would be interested in knowing if these designs do fit your mega hoop. I have seen this website before and wondered if the ric rac was a nice as she says it is. Your checkbook cover is very pretty.

Okay CJ, it's very nice, but where is that pincushion you said you had to finish before the meeting? LOL--you accomplish so much, I can't keep up. I really like the in the hoop projects--when you're done, you're done--no having to assemble--the part I like least.

Can you rotate the design to fit into the large oval hoop?
