Gasp! Leaked?
Monday, March 1, 2010 at 1:11PM
Looks real to me! I LOVE the way she looks, what a pretty little machine!
Over on Bernina’s French site, there are three new machines posted, the B380, B350 and B330.
Were they leaked? Bernina never introduces new machines like this!
I’m just dying of curiosity now. I think I’ll load up the Google translator and see if I can get more details!

In English on the Bernina Australia site.
Obviously it’s not a leak since it’s on their international sites. But, it doesn’t look like it has dual feed.

Have you found anything out yet?
WOW - was Bernina quiet about this or what?
I'm now reading about these new babies.
So what models do these replace do you think?
Maybe these are an eventual replacement for the Bernette? Looks like they have their own feet - that clip on. The Bernette is not made in Switzerland -- I think it's made in China or something like that... that's what one of the demonstrators told me @ our local Bernina store. I was looking for a 2nd machine at the time -- something cheaper, but that convinced me to not to go with it.
Will be interesting to see the prices on this and where it is manufactured. Guessing not China since it has BERNINA in big bold letters on the front -- TTL
Rumor on the list was that they're going to replace the 200 series so I wonder if these are the newbies. Hmmm, interesting. I'm not crazy about the looks of them, but the colors remind me of the 830.
A nice step up for the activas. I like the bettler slide on tray. The lighting is nice too. I wish they would have had the hover ability for the presser foot. Without that, I don't understand the need for the start-top button.
Maybe Bernina will make the hover an automatic along with dual feed when they remake the auroras!
Oh how I would love the hover feature on the Aurora. My dream machine would have hover, thread cutter button, low bobbin indicator, bright lights and be simple to operate. I don't need all of the fancy stitches and embroidery. Please, please Bernina answer my prayers. I will be a good girl, I promise. LOL, oh well, I'll just drool a bit longer and see what new machines do or don't come out here in the US.
Wow. Thats interesting. Can you tell by the looks or specs if it is a full size or 3/4 size like the Activa?
