Good grief!

Jim got home from New Orleans late Friday night, and slept until noon yesterday.  When he finally woke up, he announced that the plan for moving the RV down to Louisiana next weekend may have changed again!  It’s a good thing I am a HIGHLY flexible person!  Hahaha!  Honestly, I can’t ever plan anything, because everything involving Jim’s work is subject to change on a moment’s notice.

I made my super easy Chicken Parmesan for dinner last night, and posted my recipe here.

It just uses four chicken breasts, but I cut them in half and so it makes eight good sized portions, great leftovers!  I had enough marinara sauce left as well to make a couple of pizza’s as well, so I whipped up a batch of dough and I’ll probably make the pizza’s up today and toss them in the freezer, for a quick meal later.

I have about twenty projects zinging around in my head I’m dying to get to work on, but I hate to start something and leave it, because when I do that I tend to not finish it… and I don’t have time to finish anything except my planned projects that need to be done this week… just in case we do leave on the weekend.

I definitely want to make a couple of pillows with the Cutwork Tool and the Peace appliqué from the Season’s Greetings wall hanging I did.  I have some tree and bear dies coming from AccuQuilt.  When they arrive, I plan to digitize the shapes and do the same type of project on some pillows.

Well maybe you'll get more sewing time in instead of going with Jim afterall.

well I guess you need to wait until the last minute to do any packing! Too bad the plans keep changing.

Maybe you'll get to stay tucked in your warm home for a little while longer.

Be sure you jot down those ideas that are running through your head so you don't forget them. lol
