Hey CJ: The Beef recipe is fantabulous. Thank you! And when you get the date chocolate bread recipe perfected please share. I remember a date chocolate cake from my childhood that was good.

Have you ever had any Fruity Fruitcake leftover to freeze? Does it freeze OK? I am trying to be good by making 9 loaves so I have some for gifts. It is so super-delicious too!
