For my sweetie
Thursday, December 2, 2010 at 2:22PM Jim always dresses very nicely for work, but he lugs around bandana’s for handkerchiefs! He says it’s because he can’t find white ones as large as the bandana’s. I intend to learn to make them for him, but in the meantime, I found a linen shop online that carries them in larger sizes.
I ordered a half dozen (egads they were pricey!) and decided I would monogram them, and give them to him for Christmas.
Here’s the first one, I will need to get the rest of them sewn out tomorrow before he gets home, so I can wrap them up.
I got the sweatshirts I’d embroidered mailed off this morning, and I finished the binding on the log cabin during the wee hours… not much sleep again.
Tonight is my quilt group, so I’m looking forward to that!

have fun - I'm skipping tonight - I just don't feel like going out tonight.

Very nice, CJ. I literally just brought in an order from "All About Blanks" where I order a few times a year. In it were ladies' handkerchiefs to embroider for small gifts. I get a dozen at a time. I won't go "into" what else was in my order...LOL
They're lovely! Your Sweetie will love them!
Those look great CJ. I think I need to take embroidery lessons from you.
He's gonna love them! What a lucky guy!
