Sweatshirts done!

These got snuck on to my “to do” list at the last minute, but they’re finished at least. I just have to stop at the post office today after I get the Magster back… it’s at the body shop being fixed and should be done this afternoon, finally… and pick up boxes to mail these in.
I haven’t had time to make one for myself! Maybe after I pick the car up today, I’ll swing by JCPenney’s and see if they have any long sleeved white teeshirts. I don’t much care for sweatshirts myself, simply because they have crew necks, and I’m a “V” neck girl.
The log cabin is done and I’m hand stitching (gasp!) the binding on it now. I swear it will take me longer to do that than it did to make the entire quilt. I’m not posting a picture here because it’s a Christmas gift, but it’s on my Facebook Wall for you facebook users. I’ll post more pictures after Christmas, it really turned out awesome!
Jim and I only planted a single tree this Thanksgiving, but we did winterize the garden beds, dug up the last ten pounds of potatoes, and it’s supposed to be warm tomorrow so I will plant our garlic. A little late, but it will be fine.
I have a customer quilt needing to be loaded onto the longarm today, but it might have to wait until tomorrow, I have a feeling the entire day is going to be crazy!
I started marinating more dried fruit in brandy yesterday… my fruitcakes AGAIN did not make it until Christmas, they’re all gone! Oink, oink oink!

Okay, I'm a little late in this conversation, but they are so cute!! Lorilei designs, right? And where did you find sweatshirts with such a nice neckline?? All the ones I can find are tooooooo high. (And I'm a v-neck girl, too. In may case, trying to look like I have a neck!!)
