A picture says it all

I’m not going to say a word…

Maybe just a little moan…

a sigh of ecstasy…

and a willing partner in crime.

Bliss!

Thank you Ree, you have my undying gratitude for sharing this recipe!

Oh god you have done it again. I hate blue cheese but I could sure substitute something else! Where are my Statin meds?

.....at least 857 miles on the treadmill after that artery clogging steak! I think I finally found something unhealthier than a super size McDonald meal!

What a great gourmet cook you are! You take such wonderful photos!

OMG.... and a protein bar and coffe for lunch in 2 hours.... sigh... my mouth is watering... you're killin me here!! BTW, what cut of steak is that???

I also want to know what cut of meat that is. It looks like a ribeye but it has fabulous marbling. It's hard to get great meat unless you raise it./ Our last beef we had butchered, the guys didn't hang it for required time and it was way too chewy/. yuck. So, I'm slow cooking all the meat. Rediculous to have to slow cook a porterhouse. I think I remember you buy yours in bulk. Great recipe, hard on the arteries, though.

No thanks...my DH has had open heart surgery two times....we haven't eaten anything like that in ten years. It's a miracle he is 85 yo...you better have major medical insurance because his surgeries, hospitalization and rehabs have probably totaled around $500 K.
This is your Mommie/friend talking....

I have this recipe too. The blue cheese is not too overpowering. Yumm!
